Magnus is an experienced advisor that combines the analytical thinking of a physicist with hands-on experience from key leadership roles in rapidly growing companies.

At the age of nineteen, he founded his first company focusing on the development of software for industrial measurement systems. After graduating from HUT (now Aalto University), he spent more than 10 years in international consulting companies (SIAR-Bossard/Gemini Consulting, Satama Interactive, McKinsey & Co) working with Strategy Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Operational Excellence, and Digitalization.

He has held executive roles as CEO for Commit; Oy (the market leader in radiology information systems in Finland), Managing Director for Ework Nordic Oy, and later head of Business Development at Ework Group Ab – the leading consultant supplier in the Nordics. During his time at Ework, the company grew from 2000 to more than 10 000 consultants on assignment.

Magnus is a firm believer in structured fact-based problem solving, systematic process development, and effective utilization of IT systems, Analytics, and AI.
